Costs

Shipping is calculated upon purchase. Standard delivery is free for all orders over 100$ in Canada and the US.

Delay

Your order will be processed and shipped within 4 days of your purchase. Standard delivery offers delivery times of 3 to 9 business days in Canada. You will have the option to select fast delivery within 1 to 2 days.

In case of out of stock you will be notified of additional delays and will have the choice to wait or cancel your order.

Return Policy

At Lé Racks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at olivier@leracks.ca to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery of your order.

For returns to be accepted, Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
